Clear separation
Normal turnover is not an unlimited deep clean.
Separating recurring work from exceptional work protects timing and avoids surprises. The property condition, access and agreed scheduled service window determine what can be scoped.
Examples that may be quoted as extras
- Inside oven, refrigerator, cupboards or drawers
- Intensive limescale or grout work
- Detailed balcony or exterior-area reset
- First setup or periodic reset work
- Other host-requested priorities requiring additional time
Nothing is assumed or added without agreement. Start with the normal turnover scope, then identify the areas needing extra attention.
Deep cleaning service · Athens
Use deep cleaning to reset condition—not to blur every turnover.
A deep clean addresses built-up or condition-specific work that cannot be handled responsibly inside a normal between-guest window. It may be useful before a property begins hosting, after maintenance, at planned intervals or when particular areas need more intensive attention.
The requested areas should be named in advance. Examples can include oven or refrigerator interiors, cupboards and drawers, persistent limescale, detailed grout work, balcony surfaces or another host-identified priority. Photos and clear access information may help establish the condition, but the final scope still needs agreement.
How the extra work is planned
Describe the property type, Athens neighbourhood, affected rooms and the outcome you expect. The condition, time, access and equipment needs can then be considered separately from recurring turnover cleaning. Once the reset is complete, the normal scheduled plan remains focused and repeatable, while future periodic tasks can be reviewed before they are due.
